DOB 1.0 locks your pegascoins used to DOB 1.0 and you can't use them unless your DOB period (3 or 6 months) expires and are back in account.
DOB 2.0 keeps your pegascoins used for DOB 2.0 in your wallet for 3 months, but you can unlock DOB 2.0 anytime and spend all your coins.
DAC is the abbreviation of Deposit Account.
Each account that registers in DOB 2.0 is named DAC.
In DOB 2.0 the number of DACs is not limited.
To register a DAC is required to:
- have a balance on account address in amount of WORTH AMOUNT+PRICE AMOUNT+TX FEE meaning 50K+1K+TX FEE
- send transaction with PRICE AMOUNT to registrar address with data 01
After successfully passing the balance check, DAC will be registered for a period of 3 months.
After the 3 months period expires, registration needs to be repeated, if you want to continue in DOB 2.0.
Per account only 1 DAC is allowed. If you want to make a second DAC you need a second PGC account with 50K+1K+TX FEE.
To open DAC you need to have 51K+TX FEE pegascoins in your account.
You will pay a 1K fee to create a DAC (with 3 months period) and then you will receive daily accruals divided by how many DACs are in the network at that moment
DAC's Pegacoins are always in your account (your wallet) and you can unlock at any time your DAC and spend all 50K PGC.
Accrual (accumulation) is the interest (revenue) you will get from making a DAC.
DOB 2.0 offers DAC option with 3 months deposits.
ESTIMATED DAILY REWARD for DAC: Total daily mined blocks *1.75 PGC / total numbers of DACs
Every day there are 2880 block mined in PGC network.
Example: if in DOB 2.0 are 10 DACs than each DAC will get 1.75 / 10 *2880 ~ 504 PGC/day.

Pegascoin's proof-of-work (PoW) system has 5 PGC reward for miner, 1.75 PGC reward for DOB 2.0 and 2 PGC reward for DOB 1.0.
No. This is one of the great features of DOB 2.0.
In DOB 2.0 you choose, activate DAC once, check if registered, then you can close the wallet but you will receive your daily rewards.
No matter how many times you open or close the wallet that will not affect your DAC.
DOB 2.0 and DAC doesn't require a VPS or other things than a PGC windows wallet or PGC web wallet.
If you can't use Windows wallet, you can use Pegascoin Web Wallet available at this page only: https://pegaschain.net
Alternatively, you can use a program around to have a Windows 10 installed in macOS so you can use PGC Windows wallet there.
- if you are using web wallet click OPEN DOB - Enter password - SELECT A KEYSTORE FILE... - SIGN DOB, then *check DAC section.
- if you are using windows wallet:
open Win64 v1.5 DOB - wait for blocks to update to latest block - select account - click OPEN DEPOSITORY and *check DAC section.
If you get Node not connected - refresh page and try again then or a minute later. This is just a network related issue.
